Elementary Enrolling Next Year Homerooms

  1. Change to the 2026-2027 school year
  2. Select the group of students to work with. Since this year is still in session that students will show their current grade level in this example they are currently 3rd grade but will be in 4th grade next year.
  3. When you have all the students for a class selected you can go to: "People -> Staff -> Teacher Schedules" and find the teacher of the class you want to enroll them in.
  4. Select a teacher then click the number in the 'Enrollment' colum of their homeroom class
  5. This screen will show you all (if any) students currently in that class, if you scroll to the bottom you will see a section that says 'Use currently selected xx students to:' and under that click the 'Register into this class' button.
  6. Make sure the information looks correct and if it looks good, click the 'Enroll Students' button.
  7. It will then enroll them in the homeroom and take you to the class roster page so you can see all the students in the class.
  8. Click the PowerSchool SIS logo in the top left to return to the home page.
  9. Click 'Clear All' to clear out the current student selection and repeat for the other homerooms.
