Contact Relationship Notes

There might be times you need to make notes about a student's relationship with one of their contacts. For example, in a joint custody scenario you can make note of who can pick up on what days.

If there are any notes about a student's relationship with one of their contacts you will see an alert icon like this:


If you click on the icon it will open a popup window with information.


To enter these notes for a student's relationship, open the Contacts page for a student and click the pencil icon


This will open a drawer where you can enter notes, please note that when you click Submit it will save the note but the alert icon will not show until the main page is refreshed or you navigate to another page.
